Gift Voucher & Deposit Terms & Conditions

We kindly ask all guests to read our Terms & Conditions carefully prior to purchasing a gift voucher or booking an appointment. By purchasing a gift voucher, paying a deposit, or confirming a booking with Bella Hair & Beauty Lounge, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment or redemption.
Gift vouchers may be used toward services and retail products unless specified otherwise.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
Gift vouchers are transferable to another person unless otherwise stated.
Promotional offers, specials, or discounted vouchers may have separate conditions attached.

Gift Vouchers Used as Booking Deposits

When a gift voucher is used to secure an appointment, the voucher becomes the booking deposit for that appointment.

Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to all bookings secured with a gift voucher.

If sufficient notice is not provided, the applicable amount will be forfeited from the gift voucher balance.

Appointment Deposits

To secure your booking, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are transferable when adequate notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Deposit amounts will be deducted from your final appointment total on the day of your service.
Bella Hair & Beauty Lounge reserves the right to request larger deposits for extended appointments, colour corrections, bridal bookings, packages, or multiple services.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment.

We require:

A minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit or gift voucher amount used to secure the appointment.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full forfeiture of your deposit or voucher amount.

Rebooking Following No-Shows

Guests with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay the full cost of future appointments prior to booking.

Future bookings may not be secured until payment has been received in full.

Prepaid appointments remain subject to the salon cancellation policy.

Late Arrivals

Guests arriving late may have their service adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled to avoid impacting other appointments.

In some cases, late arrivals may still incur cancellation fees or loss of deposit if the appointment cannot proceed.

Confirmation of Appointments

Appointment confirmations are sent as a courtesy via SMS, phone, or online booking systems.

If confirmation is requested and no response is received, Bella Hair & Beauty Lounge reserves the right to cancel or adjust the booking.

Right to Refuse Service

Bella Hair & Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate, including repeated no-shows, abusive behaviour, or failure to comply with salon policies.
